Rental Policies
5 is the minimum number of units
At the time of reservation, a deposit for one night for each room is due. We will allow 7-10 days to receive a check.
In excess of 30 days of arrival, 10% flexibility will be allowed. Any rooms within the 10% flexibility that are cancelled
will be given a full refund of the one night room deposit.
No flexibility less than 30 days of arrival will be allowed. Rooms must be paid in full by the date of arrival or at check-in.
The accommodations must be paid in full at the time of ARRIVAL. Any extra charges on the reservations (golf, banquet, etc) needs
to be paid in full before DEPARTURE.
We will no longer allow individual room charges, only group charges.
All groups must pay the amenity and damage waiver fees that are included in the room rate. Cleaning fees are additional one time
charges to each room reservation.
Damages will be covered under the damage waiver policies; therefore each room reservation must have a valid credit card on file for
any intentional or accidental damages that are not reported to the front desk before departure. |
